Is there such a thing as a perfect leader?
Of course not
Even the most admired leaders are often overwhelmed and deal with feelings of anxiety, fear, stress, anger, uncertainty, and frustration.

It's too bad so many next-generation leaders are incentivized to ignore - or hide - these same feelings for fear of being stigmatized at work.

The Case Method
To help companies solve this problem – and avoid burnout and turnover – our team of former Harvard Business School educators invite high-potential talent to join professionally moderated case discussions.

Our process creates a psychologically safe space for professionals in high-pressure careers to voice their concerns.

01
Each month we interview an admired leader from an extremely high-pressure industry like investment banking, law, technology, healthcare, media, venture capital, and private equity.
02
We ask invited leaders to be totally vulnerable and share crucible moments – defining experiences in their careers, during which they felt overwhelmed and learned to manage difficult feelings and raw emotions.
03
We share each interview with program participants (on a private podcast) and later invite them to join professionally moderated group discussions – modeled after case discussions at top business schools. It's like group therapy for high-potential leaders - cathartic, engaging, educational, and safe.
04
A key feature of our program is psychological safety. Instead of talking about their own problems during group discussions, participants step into the shoes of more senior leaders and explore how they may have felt during crucible moments – and their process to become even more self-aware and emotionally intelligent.
