How does it work?

Expert Sessions. Each month, we interview one of the nation's most respected health experts in mental and physical health. Each expert shares wisdom and inspires listeners to think about their own challenges, like lack of sleep, chronic stress, or diminished focus and creativity.

Case Studies. After each expert interview, we ask listeners to lean into their own discomfort and think of a personal challenges. If they want to share with our team of former business school case writers and psychologists, we will work together to create a mini-case study on their personal challenge. It's fully anonymized to protect confidentiality and then shared within the firewall of our private podcast community.
03.
Deep Dive Discussions. Every two months, we invite members to join a private, virtual case discussion, like the ones they conduct daily at top business schools. Participants will engage in a deep dive discussion on the case study -a complex, real-world mental health challenge - with no easy answers; share best practices; learn from each other; recognize they are not suffering alone; and further appreciate the power of vulnerability and empathy.
04.
Knowledge Exchange. Our team periodically prepares briefings on lessons learned, which is distilled from: the expert's podcast session; the new case study; and fresh insight shared during the case study discussion. The packet is then made available to all podcast community members, and then the cycle starts fresh - we welcome next month's expert guest.
