Rich Palmer is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Adaptation Ventures, the first U.S. angel group focused on early-stage disability and accessible tech startups. A successful AI entrepreneur and prominent angel investor, he previously served as Managing Director of Launchpad Venture Group and as a Board Director of the Angel Capital Association, where he focused on public policy. After surviving a brain aneurysm rupture, Rich co-founded Gravyty, a leading AI company for social good, earning patents, awards, and recognition such as Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Babson College’s Entrepreneurship Award. He holds an MBA from Babson College and dual BS degrees in Information Technology and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
